Chauncey Law

About us

We combine compassion and understanding to help our clients navigate the difficult and life changing circumstances surrounding elder abuse, financial exploitation, guardianships, and end-of-life care for elderly and disabled loved ones. We also provide counsel and support for families involved with children and youth services and juvenile dependency. Having an experienced guardian and attorney advocate for the rights of loved ones allows our clients to focus on what matters the most – family.

Why Choose Shelly

advocacy done differently

1

SMALL AND FOCUSED

Shelly limits her client volume so that each client gets the attention they deserve. Your case is not passed off to an assistant or associate. Shelly handles your case herself.

2

EMPATHETIC GUIDANCE

After caring for elderly and disabled loved ones herself, Shelly is able to meet you where you are and help you remain focused on the long term goals and bigger picture.

3

EXPERIENCED ADVOCATE

Shelly has extensive experience navigating guardianship matters including end-of-life care, financial exploitation, mental health services, and juvenile dependency. Her wide network allows her to resolve matters quickly and in the best interest of your loved ones.

About Shelly

Shelly has been a practicing attorney since 2017. Prior to becoming a lawyer, she served her country as a counter-intelligence officer with the CIA. Shelly is well known and respected among her peers.
